Meals of the Week: Day 5
Savory Chicken Dinner:
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1. 2 envelopes herb and garlic soup mix
2. 6 tablespoons of water
3. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast havles (6-8 oz each)
4. 2 large red potatoes cubed
5. 1 Family sized bag of Frozen Green Beans (19oz)
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
In a small bowl, combine soup mix and water.
Pour half in large resealable plastic bag.
Add Chicken; seal bag and toss to coat.
Pour remaining soup mix in another resealable bag.
Add potatoes and green beans, seal bag and toss to coat.
Transfer to a greased 13 in.x 9 in.x2 in backing dish.
Pour veggies and marinade over chicken.
Bake uncovered for 40-45 mins or until veggies are tender and chicken juices run clear, stirring occasionally.
