10 Days of Blueberries: Day 1
We will be doing 10 days and 10 recipes of dishes, drinks, and desserts that are all about BLUEBERRIES!!!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 8 oz unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 scoops Bariatric Advantage High Protein Meal Replacement (Vanilla)
- ½ banana
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 cups of spinach
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 4-6 ice cubes
Directions:
- Add everything to a blender and press go! Blend until smooth, serve, and ENJOY!
