Meal Of The Day: Dessert!

Key Lime Pie Protein Pudding:



Yields: 9 - 1/4 cup portions


Optional Toppings: Greek yogurt, whipped topping, graham cracker crumbs, mashed macadamia nuts, ect.  Refrigerate for up to 3 days.



INGRIDIENTS:

  • 4 scoops Bariatric Advantage High Protein Meal Replacement ( Vanilla)
  • 1 box instant sugar- free vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup fresh key lime juice ( about 6 key limes, or 2 medium limes or lime juice)

DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a shaker cup or high- powered blender, blend cold milk with protein powder until mixed well.
  2. In a medium- sized mixing bowl, empty pudding packet and whisk-in milk /protein mixture for 2 minutes.
  3. Fold- in lime juice.
  4. Allow to rest in refrigerator for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Divide into 1/4 to 1/2 cup servings.
