10 Days of Blueberries: Day 1

We will be doing 10 days and 10 recipes of dishes, drinks, and desserts that are all about BLUEBERRIES!!!





Ingredients
  • 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 8 oz unsweetened coconut milk 
  • 2 scoops Bariatric Advantage High Protein Meal Replacement (Vanilla)
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 cups of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 4-6 ice cubes


Directions:
  1. Add everything to a blender and press go! Blend until smooth, serve, and ENJOY!
